PARTICIPANT QUALIFICATION

Undergraduate with a final year project in biochemistry, molecular biology, or life sciences.

Registered by a lecturer from their institution.

Proof of registration fee payment submitted.
-
Fee is non-refundable without valid reason.
-
Presentation must relate to Biochemistry or Molecular Biology.
-
Presentation must be in English.

Oral presentation
-
Each presenter will be allocated 10 minutes for the presentation, followed by 5 minutes for a question-and-answer session.
-
Each university may submit a maximum of two oral presentations.
Poster presentation
-
Each university may submit a maximum of five poster presentations.

Size and Orientation: Posters must be prepared in A1 size and in portrait orientation.

Title: The title must correspond exactly to the submitted abstract. The presenter's name should be bolded and underlined, followed by the names of co-authors and the affiliated institution(s).

Font: Headings should be in UPPERCASE, with a font size between 48–60 pt, and must be clearly legible from a distance of 2 metres. A consistent font style should be used throughout the poster.

Content: Posters should include all relevant data and information presented in a clear and organized manner to facilitate understanding.

Abstract submission

Submit your abstract by 9 November 2025 via the registration link or email to ibsupm35.official@gmail.com.

Abstracts must be in English and submitted in Microsoft Word .doc or .docx format.

Name your file as: UniversityName_ParticipantName_Category.

Submit early if possible to allow time for review.

You may register without an abstract, but must email it separately by the deadline.

Abstract submission is required before preparing any oral or poster presentation.

Follow the abstract guidelines and format carefully.
